From participant to the Co-founder and Chair of the Alumni Society, Georgia has been an active participant of the Spotlight Awards for Nashville High School Musical Theatre for 8 years and counting! 

Mission Statement: "The Spotlight Awards are dedicated to supporting the talents, educational endeavors, and friendships of high school theatre students in Tennessee to build a strong and inclusive theatre community. TPAC’s membership in The Broadway League, allows the two Spotlight Award Outstanding Lead Performer winners to attend The Jimmy Awards®, a national celebration of outstanding student achievement, recognizing individual artistry in vocal, dance, and acting performance and elevating the importance of theatre arts education in schools."

She has been a part of every aspect of the program since joining in 2017. They plan on continuing to make contributions to the Alumni Society and hopefully to the program as a whole. 

Not only has the Spotlight Awards helped her with her career, but it's also inspired her to become involved with Educational Theatre. This program highlights how important the arts are and celebrating the local theatre education community.  Because of her active participation, it scored her an Education Internship with TPAC during Summer 2023 which lead to becoming a Teaching Artist for the organization Winter 2025. From Summer Camps to Workshops, they can teach just about any area of Theatre!
